If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.
Orders cannot be cancelled after production starts. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
